Welcome to WriteFlow. These Terms describe the rules you must follow when using WriteFlow, including provisions on copyright, AI-generated content, payments and refunds, content restrictions, account enforcement, data deletion, disclaimers, and related matters. By registering, logging in, or continuing to use WriteFlow, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

• You should register with a valid email address and keep your account, password, and login session secure.
• You must not attack, scrape, bypass rate limits, abuse APIs, bulk-register accounts, share accounts for profit, or interfere with normal service operation.
• You must not attempt to access other users' accounts, Worldview data, text, payment information, API keys, or other non-public data.
• When using a custom API, you must ensure you have the right to use that API key and comply with that provider's rules.
• WriteFlow may adjust models, quotas, rate limits, feature access, and interface presentation for security, stability, anti-abuse, cost control, product iteration, and similar purposes.

• Original content you input or upload, including novel text, character cards, Worldview settings, and chapter outlines, remains owned by you or the original rightsholder.
• Provided that you lawfully own or have the right to use the input content, WriteFlow does not claim copyright ownership of your works.
• You grant WriteFlow permission to process, transmit, store, display, and generate related content to the extent necessary to provide the service.
• You must ensure submitted content does not infringe copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights and interests.
• AI-generated content may resemble other users' outputs, public corpora, or common expressions. Before publishing, distributing, or commercializing it, you should independently review originality and compliance.

• WriteFlow is an AI-assisted writing tool. Generated content may contain factual errors, logical gaps, repetition, bias, unsuitable material, or results that do not meet your expectations.
• You are responsible for any content you ultimately save, publish, distribute, adapt, or commercialize.
• WriteFlow does not guarantee that AI output is original, accurate, coherent, merchantable, publishable, or compliant with any platform's moderation rules.
• Worldview cards, state tracking, foreshadowing and callbacks, relationship values, and chapter summaries are auxiliary memory tools and may require manual review and correction.

• WriteFlow's paid products primarily include credits packs, monthly cards, Worldview slot limits, and similar digital services.
• Payments are processed by third-party payment platforms such as Afdian. After successful payment, WriteFlow grants the corresponding quota or entitlement based on order records.
• Consumed credits and used digital services are generally non-refundable.
• Unused quotas, duplicate payments, credit anomalies, or incorrectly issued quotas may be submitted for manual review via the in-app Feedback & Suggestions feature.
• Refund approval, refund timing, and processing fees may be affected by payment platform rules, order status, actual usage, and similar factors.

WriteFlow respects fictional creation and does not categorically ban genres such as romance, gender-bender, suspense, revenge, or dark themes. However, you must not use WriteFlow to generate, store, distribute, or disguise requests for prohibited content, including but not limited to:

• Obscene pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual transactions, sexual exploitation, and similar content.
• Any sexual content involving minors, suspected minors, or school/minor contexts, including suggestive, coded, packaged, or borderline versions of such content.
• Non-consensual sexual content, coercion, drug-facilitated assault, voyeurism, revenge pornography, real-person pornography, and similar content.
• Content endangering national security, separatism, incitement to subversion, political rumors, insults to national symbols or heroes and martyrs, ethnic or religious hatred, illegal assembly incitement, or social antagonism.
• Terrorism, extremism, realistically actionable violent attacks, explosions, poisoning, arson, weapon making, evading security screening, and similar content.
• Illegal-crime tutorials, including concrete steps, scripts, tools, channels, or operational guidance for fraud, theft, money laundering, gambling, drugs, hacking, account theft, forged documents, regulatory evasion, cash-out schemes, and similar conduct.
• Instructions for obtaining, making, trading, or using drugs, firearms and ammunition, explosives, hazardous chemicals, controlled goods, and similar items.
• Hate or discrimination, doxxing, privacy leaks, harassment or threats, defamation of real persons, impersonation, and similar conduct.
• Specific methods or encouraging content for suicide, self-harm, extreme dieting, dangerous challenges, and similar behavior.
• Requests to bypass moderation by using code words, homophones, split characters, metaphors, substitutes, aliases, or by disguising prohibited content as fiction.
• Content infringing copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other legitimate rights, or violating applicable laws, payment platform rules, AI provider rules, public safety requirements, and similar standards.

• If an account poses security risks, sends malicious requests, bypasses restrictions, has payment anomalies, infringes others' rights, or violates content restrictions, WriteFlow may issue warnings, remove related content, restrict features, freeze accounts, ban accounts, and take similar measures.
• For serious legal violations, high-risk abuse, repeated violations, or conduct that may create service risk, WriteFlow may restrict the account first and conduct manual review afterward.
• If you believe an enforcement action was mistaken, you may submit an appeal via Feedback & Suggestions with your account, time, related order, or content context.
• For accounts restricted or banned due to violations, used quotas are not refunded; whether unused entitlements are processed depends on the manual review result.
• To the extent permitted by law, WriteFlow reserves the right to interpret and determine violation judgments, enforcement measures, rule explanations, rule adjustments, risk-control strategies, final handling results, and related matters.

• Delete generation history: delete history records in the data section of the settings panel.
• Delete Worldview data: delete Worldviews, chapters, character cards, settings, and related Writing Memory on the Worldview page.
• Delete account: click Delete Account in the Danger Zone of your Profile page. Your account and associated data will be deleted and cannot be recovered.
• Export billing: export your billing ledger on the Profile billing page.
• For other data requests, exceptional deletions, or manual assistance, contact WriteFlow via Feedback & Suggestions.

• WriteFlow provides the service on an as-is basis. Interruptions, delays, failures, or data anomalies may occur due to models, networks, Cloudflare, payment platforms, AI providers, browsers, databases, maintenance, and similar causes.
• WriteFlow makes no guarantees regarding factual accuracy, legal compliance, commercial usability, publishing results, platform moderation outcomes, or revenue from AI-generated output.
• Disputes arising from your use, publication, distribution, adaptation, or commercialization of AI-generated content are your responsibility.
• To the extent permitted by law, WriteFlow's liability for indirect losses, lost profits, data loss, creative interruption, or issues caused by third-party services shall not exceed the amount you have paid.
